NimbleS2P does not encourage any request or demand for a refund after the verification process is triggered by the customer. The payment made towards the verification process shall not be refunded unless such a claim arises due to breach in any terms of services by NImbleS2P.
NimbleS2P will consider refund requests in special cases like a failed transaction or any technical error resulting in incorrect billing. Such refund requests must be submitted within 2 days from the date of your initial purchase with a valid reason for the refund request. The account must be in compliant with our Terms of Service in order to process refund request.
